  • 1998 - 2006

    strategic communications experience

    Communications strategy for corporate businesses. I worked client-side and with agencies covering reputation management, crisis communications, internal and external PR. Highlights included working with BUPA on health issues and advising a Government Committee looking at nuclear waste policy for the UK.

  • 2007 - 2010

    digital leader at global agency

    Directing international PR and digital campaigns for a variety of global businesses and brands at Burson Marsteller, part of WPP Plc. Highlights included working on complex projects for Shell and Coca Cola and winning European awards for campaigns for Bacardi Ltd and Sony Erricson, as well as setting up a European sponsorship practice.

  • 2011 - 2014

    md of social media agency

    Ran one of the UK's top social media agencies. I personally advised clients on all aspects of social media strategy, social listening , training and delivery of social campaigns across international B2B and B2C and campaigns. Highlights include being trainer to the Institute of Digital and Direct Marketing (IDM), award winning work for IBM and managing the social media profiles for Sony Music artists, including One Direction with over 100 million followers.

  • 2015 - present

    Consultant to B2B businesses

    Run my own consultancy helping B2B businesses grow. My focus is on using the latest digital techniques to attract and convert more of the right customers to your businesses. This includes making use of the marketing automation, social media and online content. Highlights include working with a variety of global technology businesses devising lead generation campaigns.
