OK. You might not be scared, but have you been spying on what your rivals have been doing with social media? If so, you are not alone – 85% of brands believe that what their rivals are doing on social media will have a significant impact on their own plans for social in 2012.
The fear of losing competitive advantage is always a strong driver. Now it looks like those that are slow on the social business adoption curve are worried.
