Acumentive were looking to improve online lead generation. They wanted to understand how they could make better use of digital marketing techniques to increase traffic and convert more visitors to pick up the phone. This was achieved with an inbound marketing audit.
Lead generation is a jigsaw. Websites need to perform well for SEO and the content and user experience need to meet the needs of visitors. Acumentive had limited digital expertise and wanted to know where to focus activity.
The audit explored the performance of the business in the areas of SEO, user experience, content and social. It reviewed data from web analytics to understand traffic drivers and on-site behaviour. This included benchmarking against similar-sized businesses. There was a deep dive from an SEO point of view to understand how more organic traffic could be attracted. A review of site navigation and onsite content was also included.
