They needed help to develop an inbound marketing strategy to drive demos and trials of their products.



Evaluagent had an agile internal team supported with a team of freelancers to deliver marketing activity. They needed to join up inbound marketing efforts to target customer experience directors and call centre directors.


Key data such as website visitor volume, conversion rates and channel effectiveness were reviewed and benchmarked. In addition, a review of competitors in terms of messaging and content was undertaken. This was brought together at an inbound marketing workshop, attended by key stakeholders.  During the workshop inbound marketing goals were reset, new content ideas were identified and new ways of managing content production and external suppliers were suggested.
