Instinctif Partners have operations around the world and a substantial team of digital and creative expertise in London. Understanding the best strategic fit for digital services with its existing client base globally was a challenge. Working out the best way to structure resources, skill-sets and teams was a further challenge.
Work undertaken included a review of current resources and typical digital assignments for clients. Interviews with staff helped to understand strength and weaknesses within the current proposition and competitor benchmarking and research with clients helped to identify new opportunities in the market.
Strategic options were presented to the executive committee with pros and cons and implications for investment. These have helped the business to evolve and grow their digital services.
